All teams will condition once a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

Tuesdays 4:30 PM | 12 Blue and 12 Gold

Wednesdays 4:30 PM | 13 Black and 14 Red

Wednesday 5:30 PM | 14 Black and 15 Gold

Thursdays 4:30 PM | 15 Blue and 16 Black
